eric's strawberry "super star" cupcakes (30 march 2011)
eric is a friend and classmate who asked me one day what i thought the best box cupcake recipe was. i suggested no matter what mix he used, he oughta add in a packet of dry instant pudding mix - he refers to this as decision as "clutch". he got all domestic on the cakes too with some mad decorating skills! he sent me this picture which prompted me to create this page - thanks homie :)

meg made this cake the day after i posted it - insanity. she likes her icing a little runny too - who knew. afterwards, she said her house smelled like a "bakery / bath and body shop." not a bad thing!

an awesome and very adored friend of mine, amit, has an equally awesome other half, priyanka. she's been following the blog and took a stab at the mexican-inspired cupcakes i posted a little while ago. she said they were a hit with her dinner party guests! thanks for the support, priyanka!
